Making Tails Wag!

Animal Kingdom have been dedicated to providing a great service to pet owners since 1996. Their mission is ‘to be the best pet shop in the UK’ and one of their core values is that they put Pets Before Profit, which is a fundamental welfare belief that drives their decision making processes. They want all our colleagues to enjoy coming into work, and believe in creating a fun and friendly workplace for everybody. With such a varied workload, no day is ever the same, their social events allow colleagues to meet people from all parts of the business. The aim of this project was a 2016 Annual Conference to celebrate the successes of the last 20 years. Making Tails Wag! This is a recognition of their achievements to date, but also their desire to keep doing what they doing. They want their employees to walk into the event environment and smile knowing that they are an integral part of their business, their vision and their future.
